Power(s): He has the ability to teleport. He is also very skilled in combat as well as can send waves of energy through his sword.
Abilities: Kunzite is very good at leading. He walks with an air that separates himself from the other shitennou. He demands respect and civility and more than likely gets it. He is persuasive with his words and often coats his backhanded compliments through a silky tone and a slightly flirtatious manner. He has a way that forces his authority and opinions upon others whether they are aware of this or not.

Traits: As mentioned in the Material Collections, Kunzite is "silent and calm" but "frightening when angry". As the eldest shitennou, he feels as if he is the caretaker of the rest of the shitennou and the prince. Since he is in charge, he demands hard work, fairness, and individual results. He doesn't believe that people should be dependent, so he will try his best to shake them out of it.
Habits: Whenever worried or contemplating, he paces, but his face remains calm and composed. Kunzite can be manipulative though and is not one to anger, for you will feel his wrath sooner than you would expect. Although, he is usually described as emotionless and hard to read, one that understands him well will see soon if he is feeling something, it will flicker on his face before fading away into his neutral mask. When he is annoyed or offended, he usually crosses his arms.
Description:
Casual: Kunzite wears a steel-colored, long-sleeved tunic with a bit of an opening. The unbuttoned collar takes up a quarter-inch on his neck. He has pants of the same color and wears black shoes and a belt. He also has a long bluish-white cape that comes a little below his knees. The cape is secured by two brooches made of kunzite.
Formal: A white long sleeved tunic with gold tracings around the chest, collar, and cuffs. His pants are brown with a silverish tint with a belt that criss-crosses around his body to secure his sword. He has a brown cape with blue on the inside. Two buttons attach his cape to his uniform. He wears knee-high silver boots to complete the look.

Appearance: Kunzite is a dark skinned man with shoulder length silver hair and reflective blueish-grey eyes. One may feel intimidated when looking at him directly in the eyes. He has a few wrinkles starting to form around his eyes from squinting. His body is littered with scars particularly on his back. He is the tallest out of the shitennou. He is proportioned accordingly to his height, muscular but not physically intimidating. His expression is one that holds little to reveal as he always has himself composed for public and private appearances.

• Composed- Kunzite is known for keeping his cool and never letting the worst of the situation get the best of him.
  
• Patient- Kunzite is never one to jump to conclusions
  
• Hardworking-Kunzite never rests until his job is done and exactly the way he wanted it to turn out.

• Detached- Most people feel as if the lead general is unfeeling and doesn't care about their situation. More than likely, they're correct.
  
• Unemotional-This comes from an early age of training and forgetting his past self, focusing only on the things that were important to him at his time at the palace.
  
• Micromanagement- As a very detail-oriented person, he is seen as a bit invasive and annoying by his subordinates because he likes tasks to go perfectly.
  
• Critical- He is hard to please. If the results aren't exactly what he anticipates then he isn't please and often forces his subordinates to try again.

Background: Kunzite practically grew up in the Golden Palace. He was trained in every art of physical and mental torture and battle techniques, resulting in his undoubted leadership skills. He cannot remember much of his childhood, only knowing he grew a sense of closeness towards the younger men whom he trained with. He remembers at the age of thirteen a little sister being born and was even offered time to leave and visit with the child, but refused for he was more determined to complete his mission and learn the ways to protect his great prince. Kunzite understood the responsibilities given to him when he was given the role as leader, and he finds himself to be a fair and intellectual one at that. His ways are simple, for he expects hardworking and obedient men, and in return he offers that he will not judge the shitennou on age or personality, but he does expect them to accept the ways in which he leads. He hates more than anything disputes between his brethren, he prefers them to keep their remarks and disputes out of their duties.

When Kunzite was seventeen, his younger sister fell severely ill and despite his leader duties, the young man took a leave and left Zoisite in charge. He knew the other men would be angered by the younger man ruling over them, but his trust for Zoisite was far stronger than either of the other men. His sister made a slow recovery, in that time Kunzite grew close to the little girl he had never known and was sad to go, but his duties were more important than his wants. Returning, Kunzite officially announced Zoisite would be his right hand man, and later placed the other two in their spots.

Kunzite grew proud of Endymion over most of his achievements, the simplest things at that. He loves all of the younger men as brothers, and he does not show it often, but expects the four men to realize that if he didn't like them, he would have said something. Kunzite has grown far too weary of the Silver Alliance for his own liking, and he constantly finds himself figuring out ways to understand the secrets of their technology and those bizarre powers that the senshi possess.

RP Sample:

Sleep was hardly an easy task for Kunzite. Night after night, as soon as his back met the cushion of his bed, he would close his eyes only to hear his mind's voice echo his worries in a faceless canyon. He would drift off when another thought would whisper another job left undone. Attesting to this constant torture, he would toss and turn before getting up two hours later to work on a task he hadn't completed. Return to bed, only to repeat this same process four times.

Kunzite was a restless perfectionist. He was never satisfied with the bare minimum or the finished. There was always a task waiting for his hands.

His mother's advice was to relax and to stop being so harsh. He refuted this advice almost immediately. He was a shitennou, there was no time to relax.

When he and his sister, Leyli, spoke about this, she laughed at him. "I don't think you understand how to be a human being."

"That is completely untrue." Kunzite said as he leaned backwards in his chair. His back perfectly straight as he looked at the young girl sitting in her death bed. Her body propped up by pillows.

Leyli giggled, the window above her bed lighting up her sickly skin. Her dark hair in tangles and wayward curls. "It's completely true. You don't care how food tastes."

"It doesn't matter as long as my body is getting what it needs." He said with a shrug. His eyes watching the sick girl tentatively.

Leyli looked at him with a teasing spirit. "So unfeeling. You're practically a Lunian."

Why do you want to play this character?
Kunzite is my favorite shitennou. I must admit during my early years watching the anime, I had a bit of a crush on him. I thought he was so cool. Hehe. I've read the manga and seen the musicals and I still liked Kunzite but I fell in love with the idea of the senshi and shitennou being in relationships. I relate to him because I'm very closed off and reserved. Another reason, I'd love to play Kunzite because I just adore the friendship between the shitennou and the prince and I would love to roleplay that. I think that the shitennou and senshi are great and I would really enjoy playing Kunzite. He is my favorite character in Sailor Moon and I was very upset when he died off in any of the canons. I would just love to participate in this roleplay.
