Power(s): Guardian of the time gates, control over time, Holds the garnet orb one of three talismans, the ability to somewhat see in time.
Abilities: Pluto has a thing for creating new fashions.

Traits: Pluto has always been a very patient person. Being Guardian of the space time door she has had to be extremely patient in just about all she does. It takes a lot to irritate Puu but when she is irritated it would be best for all to avoid her. She's also a bit of a quiet person not speaking much but at the same time when she does speak to someone her voice is quiet but there is no mistaking or not hearing what she has to say. She has a way of demanding respect and making her presence known when it is of the utmost importance. She's also got a protective side and will do just about anything to protect those she loves.
Habits: when nervous or impatient she will tap any flat surface. She will grip the garnet Rod when she feels like she's in danger weather in the presence of an enemy or not. She also has a habit of clamming up and not speaking to some one if they keep pushing her to speak of something. She also has a bad habit of smacking people who irritate her or mess around with her time stream over the head with her garnet rod.
Description: When she's Sailor Pluto and in uniform it consists of a white bodice. She wears white gloves with black Elbow fittings on the top of them. Her skirt, boots, and back bow are black. The front bow is garnet red. She wears a gold tiara with a garnet red jewel in the center. Her earrings are red and look almost like shields and her choker is black with a garnet red circle hanging from it. When she's not in uniform she wears a nice dresses in Red's or black. Her makeup is rather simple and the most jewelry she wears is a silver chain with a key shaped charm hanging off of it.
Appearance: Lady Pluto has long blackish green hair she has the sides pulled back into a bun on top of her head and leaves the rest hanging down her back. She's on the tall side a little shorter or as tall as Uranus. She has red eyes that have a knowing spark in them but some say it seems to be a bit of a lonely look as well.

Strengths: Please describe in detail.
Patience: she's good at keeping from losing her temper and it will take a lot to make her lose it meaning she can keep a clear mind when in battle.
Knowledge: Pluto has spent many years reading anything she can get her hands on and as such has learned many things causing her to know a lot of things others don't.
Protective: she will have her team mates backs when in a battle and when they need her to and she would go to great lengths to protect the inner solar system from unwanted threats from outside.

Weaknesses: Please describe in detail.
Protective: this is also one of her weaknesses as she would do anything to protect those she cares about and if it means giving up her life than so be it.
Her Temper: it may take a lot to get her to lose it but once she does it will cloud her judgment and cause her to do things she normally wouldn't.
Solitude: she has a habit of pushing other away and just locking herself away for weeks on end and not having contact with anyone unfortunately that also includes any that would be bringing her food.

Hopes:
that the time line she has been seeing for a few years will not come to pass.
to keep all threats from outside of the solar system from entering and wrecking havoc on the inner planets and the moon.
To be of help to her team mates and anyone else who may need her help.

Fears:
cockroaches (what exactly is their to like about the creepy slimy little things)
that she will not be able to protect all that she cares about.
that one day some threat will make it past the outer senshi and make their way into the solar system.

Background: When Setsuna was born her parents fawned over her well they did until she was about a year old. An attack had come to Pluto and unfortunately Her mother hadn't escaped and had been killed. From that moment on the only parent she had left was her father. He started to become distant leaving the young child in the care of Nanny’s and the likes. She grew up with her father avoiding her at every turn so felt he didn't love her. It wasn't until much later that she discovered he was just afraid of losing his daughter the same way he lost his wife. Although she had learned this he was still as distant as he could possibly be. Setsuna didn't say anything and just live with it realizing it was just the way her life was going to be. Since their were never any children her age around she took to escaping the world in which she lived with books. She would read just about every thing she could reach and get her hands on.

Her favorite book happened to be history books. She learned a lot of the history of the silver millennium as well as other galaxies. She soon also took to remembering little facts that no one else could really care about. This was her way of keeping herself from feeling lonely unfortunately it didn't work. The loneliness of her home and her life kept creeping back in no matter what she did. It was at this point that the young princess took to making cloths. When he found out her father protested this forbidding her from doing such a thing as he felt it was inappropriate for a princess to do such. She didn't listen and was right back to making clothing. This actually helped her to keep from feeling as lonely as she usually did.

It was when she became Sailor Pluto that she was able to leave her home on Pluto unfortunately at this point she was only allowed to travel to the door of space time. She decided she would take it even if it meant that she was still alone. After a few years she was allowed to go other places and she traveled to a few of the solar systems planets the moon was included in one of her trips. She also started taking up her post at the doors of time space when she felt the need for solitude.

RP Sample: Pluto stood at her post she had been here for the last three days. She would normally head home at this point but something had caught her attention three days ago. The time line had been changing from what it had been. What scared her was that she in fact saw the deaths of her fellow senshi the her team as well as the inner senshi. She had to find a way for it to be changed. She herself could not step in and change it as that would be breaking a taboo that was held over her but their had to be a way. She couldn't come right out and say what it is she saw but maybe she could say it in a way that she wasn't actually saying it but some one would be able to under stand what she was talking about. She knew that wouldn't work though. She started to flex her hand around the garnet rod thinking over what she could possibly do. It was at that moment that it dawned on her couldn't she go speak to Queen serenity about it she was sure the woman would under stand what she spoke of even in the round about way she would have to speak of it but she knew the queen could give her advice and maybe an in site to what had caused the change in the time line in the process well she could hope at least.

Why do you want to play this character? I have always love the Outer Senshi Pluto being one of those I loved the most. She has always seemed so lonely and it's always been a wonder to me on exactly what it was like for her in the silver millennium. I have made several guesses on what she would have been like but never had a place to put any of them up. I love to dig through the minds of characters that I know and love and playing Pluto would give me the chance to do so. I also love how her maternal side is and have also thought on how it would have played into the silver millennium. She's also seems to be a bit of a fun character to play and since I haven’t played her as anything but an AU character I would really love to play her closer to the canon. Pluto seems to be a mystery to though so there is a lot of freedom one could take in creating her and playing her. She's always been someone that has caught my eye even if she's not my first choice to play I have been interested in playing her many times. She's also always seemed like a lone figure not having much interaction with anyone and that's always been another thing to draw me to her. I have also always loved the more mature characters that seem to stand alone from the rest of the group. Her personality is also a lot different from one you would see in most anime's at least that’s how it's always seemed to me. I have also wanted to play her and see just how the silver millennium shaped her personality as it did. I've always thought that she would take her post at the door of time space from the second she was awakened as Sailor Pluto and not having a whole lot of contact with her family or in this case her father. And really I don't know why I didn't take her on in the beginning really.
